A Bit About Me
This journey began with an apprenticeship at Thomas Cook when I was 17, where I learned the travel industry from the ground up.
I then joined TUI Cruise, managing cabin allocations for travel agent bookings, which deepened my understanding of how the major tour operators work.
Relocating to London opened doors to marketing for a cruise department and serving as a personal assistant to a river cruise CEO, honing my skills in creating organised client experiences.
After my son was born, I returned to Wales and worked with a local travel agent. The pandemic inspired me to really take control of my clients' holiday experiences, leading me to establish my own business at 33, aptly named to reflect my mission of booking dream trips.
& the rest is history!
